BizBear GoHighLevel Sales Pipeline

A 7-stage pipeline with 9 workflows that move every lead from form fill to booked call to signed proposal. It recovers no-shows, nurtures leads who never book for 12 weeks, and sends a re-engagement email to closed-lost leads.

My role
Mapped the process, built every workflow in GoHighLevel, and wrote and coded the 16 branded HTML emails behind it from one shared template.

BizBear Landing Page and Booking Funnel

A Taglish landing page for BizBear’s Facebook, Instagram and TikTok ad packages, with a consult page, a thank-you page, and call-outcome pages for attended, cancelled and no-show calls.

My role
Wrote the copy, designed and coded the pages, converted them for the GoHighLevel page builder, and wired the form and booking calendar into the pipeline.

9:16 talking-head edits with big kinetic words placed behind the speaker, UI cards that pop on the voice, sound effects and a music bed, mixed to -14 LUFS for Facebook.
